Projects

During the course of my PhD work I have been able to get involved in several projects which are not necessarily related to my studying. These include:

  • Glacsweb: Monitoring glacier movement using wireless probes
  • Reflectance Imaging: Imaging archeological artifacts from different lighting angles to enable worn away engravings to be read
  • Real Time Remote Erosion Monitoring: Using the Glacsweb probes to act as an early warning system for flash flooding
